Comment Policy
I love reading your comments and want this blog to be a community where we can all share and learn from each other.
However, I reserve the right to delete your comment if it is concerned spam, an advertisement or is disrespectful or rude to another commenter or the author of a post. I appreciate constructive criticism, but please be kind in your remarks.
Disclosures
This blog is a source of income and because I occasionally endorse products and services, I wanted to be completely upfront about a few things:
- The content of this blog is a source of income, and therefore may be used to promote products, services or other businesses.
- However, I will promote products/services/businesses that I have personally used and feel will be beneficial to you as readers.
- Products sent to me for my honest review are given to me free of charge. However, this does not guarantee that I will review the product positively.
- You can trust me. I will always give you my genuine opinion about a product or service, whether or not I am partnering with them in any way and/or receiving payment from them.
- My first priority is being honest with my readers and serving you well, and I would never compromise my integrity or my faith by lying to you.
- When I mention a product, service or business in a blog post, I may or may not always note my relationship as an affiliate.
My goal is always to provide you with helpful content and resources that will help you simplify your home and life. Doing so takes a significant investment of time and rightly generates a small profit. That profit is a bonus of blogging, but serving you is the purpose.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Contact Forms
We keep contact form submissions for a maximum of one week for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through the forms for marketing purposes.

Content from Other Sites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

We are committed to keeping your email address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our subscription lists to third parties.
We will maintain the information you send via email in accordance with applicable federal law.
